Order Processing

All items are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Tapstitch.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days

  • Shipping time: 5–10 business days (varies by location)

Delays may occur during high-demand periods.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Once production begins, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.

Returns & Refunds

Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse.

We will replace or refund items if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There is a printing defect

  • The wrong item was received

To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Exchanges

We do not offer size exchanges. Please refer to size charts carefully before ordering.

Shipping Issues

BLATTKlothing is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Carrier delays
